I like #2 the best because when you learn to ride off road you learn to stand on the pegs and stay loose on the bars in the rough stuff and let the suspension do it's job. The same applies to street riding but sadly, many people never learn it and tense up when they shouldn't and "fight the bike." Excellent video!

I know what you mean.  I am constantly doing tension checks--making sure my arms and shoulders are loose and relaxed--makes the ride much more enjoyable too.

I had a minor lowside once. It happened due to combination of me leaning too far over combined with a loss of traction from the anti frost grooves in road. So YES you can lean too far and it is not very hard to do especially on an FZ-07 as you can lean this bike so easy and really low. All I know is that there are no chicken strips on my tires. lol

No chicken strips--that's impressive--mine are an inch and a half wide.
