Back in the day we rode 40 inchers in the dirt, 650 twins tumpets, beezers, nortons  All fun with 3 inches of travel.

Amen.  Back in the day, all bikes were dirt bikes.  Work boots, blue jeans, maybe a jacket, leather work gloves and an open face helmet was our gear.  Fun times.

Kids today can't ride a bicycle without wearing a helmet an being wrapped in bubble wrap.  How did we ever survive?  It's a wonder we're still alive and riding...

It will be upgraded come Spring with front end from the XJ750 Seca (anti-dive forks, twin discs, normal calipers, stiffer springs, painted front fender), 20 liter fuel tank from the XJ650 Seca (replaces the 12 liter stock unit), a 2-1 exhaust, new handlebars, new paint and new seat. Ammo-box will stay.
