pretty much flawless '16 FZ-07 with tons of mods and upgrades.  regular servicing and not a scratch on it.

6,582 miles on her.  i need the $ more than i need this bike.  asking $6,500 cash.

Sounds like a good  deal. A number of dealers in the Atlanta area are advertising new bikes for $5800. But buyers should consider that there's another $1000 or so in taxes and dealer fees to add to that price before they can drive it out the door.
