Zephyr
Live in the coffee belt of the island. local grown Kona coffee only for me. Used to drink only the peaberry variety as I found it to be much smoother and less acidic than the run of the mill stuff. Now not so much as the prices have gotten a bit stupid and less available. Got coffee trees on the property, but it takes quite a bit of work to go from cherry to roasted bean and I don't have the time nor equipment to get 'er done. Main thing is that there's good coffee when it's needed. Sometimes a good cup of Earl Grey hits the spot as well.

It was one of my favorite coffee shops ever. I'm sure it shouldn't be too difficult to find another place that brews coffee in a similar manner. There are a ton of hipster shops around.
