Guest MXRider
Nice bike photos! How did you like the ktm with the supermoto setup? It was a great bike around a kart track, but would struggle on tracks with long straights. I prefer the 450's for the most part. Makes it easy to take an inside line and use the power to grunt out. Russian Rider
This was my old bike about 4 years ago before I got married and bought a house (needed money) Its a Buell XB9S that was owned by harley before they shut down. It help the gas in the frame and oil in the swingarm, with a 984cc (if I remember right) with a aircooled v-twin harley motor and belt drive. It was a ton of fun and I fell in love with the torque so I was really happy to read the FZ-07 has a lot of torque and its stealing me from going with a 883 iron! Now that I look at my old Buell it looks a little ugly after seen the FZ FZ-07 Youtube Vlogger (Russian Rider) White 2015 FZ-07 # 157 Spokane Wedding Videographer http://MaxYuryev.com Subscribe to my YouTube

Thats a nice XB9S Nice to see someone else make a similar progression on bikes. Guest MXRider
I've always wanted a Firebolt. I think they are cool bikes. Saw the new EBR 1190 RX yesterday at the local dealer. Pretty sweet machine. I admire what Erik Buell is doing.
Lusiphur
Erik Buell is awesome and HD is stupid. If Buell was still in business they would be raking in the cash right now as naked bikes are very popular as the 09 and 07 show. I love the latest bike he has built, its just a little too much for me . Now if I was a total track junky, id buy one in an instant Kudos to Yamaha for jumping in and creating 2 amazing bikes at a killer cost at the right time. slammermd
My last bike was an FZ-1. The big daddy in the FZ family. I had it for about five years. I just got kinda tired of having a big bike. Wanted to go back to something smaller. I'll probably miss the "Oh My God" power from the 1000cc engine every once in a while, but I don't miss that 100+ extra pounds every time I swing my leg over the FZ-07. Premium Member hobbs Posted August 6, 2014 Premium Member Share Posted August 6, 2014 My 76 CB550. Fun little bike. I didn't want to lose the light weight, low center and nimble handling, but do want a more comfortable commuting/touring bike. That's why I'm going with the 07. Everything went braap. cassecou
I will start from the very beginning, a long long long time ago, in an alien country: Solex, a bycicle with a motor. Once going, using the handle above the motor, you lower it onto the front tire. A belt inside the motor will make the front wheel go. http://i1370.photobucket.com/albums/ag272/arnau11/Bikes/solex-3800g_zps1ac0a4aa.jpg Peugeot 103http://i1370.photobucket.com/albums/ag272/arnau11/Bikes/peugeot_103_1_4by3ratio_zps8267e0b2.jpg Honda XR250http://i1370.photobucket.com/albums/ag272/arnau11/Bikes/97-013_edited-1Large_zps98517bc8.jpg Honda Magna 750http://i1370.photobucket.com/albums/ag272/arnau11/Bikes/1999-01_zps1aaad93a.jpg Kawasaki ZRX1100http://i1370.photobucket.com/albums/ag272/arnau11/Bikes/00moto4_edited-1Large_zps6e04e461.jpg Kawasaki Ninja 900http://i1370.photobucket.com/albums/ag272/arnau11/Bikes/KAWASAKI-ZX9R-NINJA-E1-E2-900_zpsc977eca7.jpg Yamaha XT250 (done 1/2 of the Trans America trail on that bike)http://i1370.photobucket.com/albums/ag272/arnau11/Bikes/IMG_3825_zpsaa487e7f.jpg HD V-rod (only for a few month)http://i1370.photobucket.com/albums/ag272/arnau11/Bikes/IMG_4514_zps0b16ad22.jpg Kawasaky Z750S (with the Ex on it, she loved bikes too, I miss her, the bike of course)http://i1370.photobucket.com/albums/ag272/arnau11/Bikes/IMG_1294_zps56954fb6.jpg Best bike of all, the ninja 900, you could puddle around or reach light speeds. Next, you already know, the FZ-07.
Global Moderator Guru Posted August 31, 2014 Author Global Moderator Share Posted August 31, 2014 lol, my first 2 wheel experience was on a Solex too. It was my mom's 1972 and it was orange. I then upgraded to a 1979 Yamaha FS1. Great bike, but totalled it in a pretty bad accident. I still have the scars to prove it. Sorry, no pictures,

targaflorio
I had a great little Yamaha XT-250 in red that was stolen. Then went full bore dresser Harley Heritage Softail. Sold to a very happy Air Force Sergeant in Okinawa. Is it wrong that I already want to buy a second bike?

I traded for a bike with a better ride and lighter weight. FJR1300A,Triumph S3,Ducati S2R1000
