After debating for awhile what tail light I wanted I just ordered a smoked TST integrated tail light with their custom signal relay so I can get rid of the pumpkins in the back
https://tstindustries.com/TST-LED-Integrated-Taillight-2015-R3-FZ07.html
I just got the TST Industries smoked tail light as well. Definitely worth every penny. Cleans up the rear end nicely and looks much better than the stock tail light imo.

Also, I just purchased the TST Industries flush mount front turn signals as well. https://tstindustries.com/TST-LED-Front-Flushmount-Turn-Signals-Yamaha.html

My helmet just came today! I got it in matte black.
https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/scorpion-exo-t510-helmet
You'll love it I'm sure. I have the EXO 1100 and no regrets. My favorite feature is the shield locking lever to crack open my shield a little to let more air in. With a shield all the way down you slowly suffocate and I don't see that feature in many more expensive helmets. Let us know what you think of it.

I've been spending money like a drunken sailor lately on bike stuff. Local dealers have had some great deals. Wife got boots and I got a jacket.

My disk lock was delivered today. https://fortnine.ca/en/abu-detecto-7000-brake-disc-lock

Waiting for another order from motostarz for frame and axle sliders. Oops ... those are for my new gixxer.

We can't get the deals US people can. Dammit.

Not to mention the pathetic and meager handful of worthwhile websites we Canucks get to choose from. Im not against the odd purchase from the US but asking $20-30 shipping for even the smallest lightest part is beyond frustrating.
NO I do NOT want to "call for price" or "call for availability" from your utterly sh*tty vapid pdf CDN site. I want to order it without a damn headache. YEEE-eesh!

Free healthcare at least. :D

...oh and I suppose I should do more here than rant.... going to give this one a try for some rear brake light action due to my aftermarket rearsets. Actually got it off EBAY (with free shipping!) from the same vendor but I figured that link might die off as they tend to do. Was going to go with 'Vortex' but according to reviews it likes to leak which is very bad for obvious reasons.

Even though it's just another thing I'm used to and I could go on doing for the life of the bike I thought to myself, why keep doing it if it sucks so I ponied up and treated my stubborn old ass (& wrist) to an 2006 R6 throttle tube. Happy early B-day to me! :D

First these : PN S3534090 (I'm about 200lbs). Front Fork Springs
http://racetech.com/ProductSearch/2/Yamaha/FZ-07/2015-16
This made quite a noticeable improvement for sure. Helped immensely with the bike diving under hard braking, or into corners.

Then these : Cheap Ebay Fork Preload Adjusters
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fit-Yamaha-MT-07-FZ-07-14-15-Black-Billet-Fork-Preload-Adjusters-Stabilizer-/201781883176?hash=item2efb233128:g:wtkAAOSwA3dYd8Xn&vxp=mtr
This was icing on the cake for the springs. I dialed in another 10-15mm of preload to get the forks to what I liked.
Disclaimer on these : I read the concerns some have with these having soft metal, and under sized O-rings. I'll say the O-ring definitely needs to be swapped with the stock cap O-ring, as the ones that came with were too thin. As for the soft threads, I did not encounter this. If anything, the threads / metal seemed to be similar to the stock caps. I'm confident these things aren't going anywhere, since you have not only the threads holding them back, but also the pinch bolt on the top of the fork. For 26$, I'm more than happy.

Next is up is an Ohlins shock & possibly emulators if I'm still not happy with the forks.

Received my dealership banner that I bid on ebay (~$24 bucks). Well worth it to me for sentimental value. My dream is to one day put it in my garage after I buy a house.

Neat-o! I suggest you secretly hang it above your bed's headboard (only if you're married of course) ;)

Amazon says it will arrive between Mar 7-10 so it'll be some time before I can remark on it but I'm very sure it will feel weird at first because yesterday I put my Grip Puppies on and even those made it feel weird. The grip feels twice as thick so it took a couple hours to get used to but the good news is since they do improve the grip tremendously (don't have to squeeze now to twist the throttle) my throttle hand didn't ache as much, they're softer to the touch and I didn't feel any vibration through them. Appx. 3 beers and one shot from today I will post a review of my R6 throttle tube. P-)

Now that's using the knoggin' during down time! Thanks for posting these things, now I'm ordering the Vagabond Frame Sliders and the Blue 07 Coolant Cover. That's the 1st that I've seen a coolant cover like that and I love it, (have a blue/wht theme going on) it looks so cool, thx!  :D
I have to say a person can save about $6 clams if they go with Alpha Riders coolant cover.

I just received these in the mail today. Since I never wreck I don't really need them or protective gear but shopping helps with the boredom. ;) (I kid)
