I don't know what it is or where it came from. I thought it was from under the passenger seat, but I don't see any place to attach it. Help please!

I had one of those in the bag the wrench for the rear strut adjustment came in. I have no idea what to do with it.

Under your seat, this holds the tool bag an whatever else you stuff in there, strapped down. If I was home I would take a pic for you but there are two hooks/attachments to hook each ring thru. Look around, where to put the tool bag, you will see and figure it out.

On my FZ09, I put my registration and insurance in a ziplock bag, fold and tuck in under the toolbag and that strap keeps em nice and secure in the compartment.
