Guest Ralph
Not been out on't bike for about a week due to zero temp's and ice don't mind the cold but getting to old to bounce down the road, already got the worst case of cabin fever I ever had and it's not December yet, hope to get a ride in tomorrow if ice does not form. Premium Member jake Posted November 29, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted November 29, 2016 I rode last weekend here Michigan it was 30 to 36 in the morning and almost 40 in the afternoon. Rode the FZ ( it has heated grips ) about 85 miles and hit some black ice in some areas lost traction that slowed my ass down. 2015 FZ-07 2003 2014 GSXR 1000

reboot
No riding for me right now (fork work) but even then its pretty wet out here in OR...but that does not stop me its the slick ass leaves EVERYWHERE! I do hope to get the forks soon as I want to take a quick blast with them on and the Akra TI without the baffle and see how it do!

Guest Ralph
Well I got out today about 4c 38F ish did about 35 miles did notice that after a short stop the outside temp was showing about 19c due to heat coming up from the rad/engine affecting the temp sensor, thing is that the same sensor is used by the ecu to in part determine the fuel mix so in town or after a stop the engine will run weaker than it already is. On the way home I rounded a corner and two Apache Helicopters carrying enough ordinance to fight a small war were coming straight at me at very low level, they are very quiet I could only hear a thin turbine wine they broke right to avoid some trees I had just passed and were gone, if those lads were on your case you would not know what it you.
