I won't call it a build thread because it'll probably just be bolt ons that I add to it. I have a Jeep that takes all of my money, this will just be another toy.

I got my M endorsement when I was 16 after taking a MSF. It wasn't until after I completed the course that I realized that I wouldn't be able to afford insurance on my (at the time) dream bike, the ZX6R. So several years went by and I just built up the Jeep, until recently. July 21st, 2016 I brought home my first bike.

Ordered up a Cyclops LED headlight. The light output is much better with the Cyclops, I love it.

Welcome and congrats! The cyclops is nice. Did you raise the beam after you took those picks? It looks too low.

Thanks!
The housing on my light was damaged, so it was a bit low. Cyclops promptly sent me a new setup, no questions asked. I haven't replaced it yet, but that's mainly because I don't really ride at night. I'll probably do that today or tomorrow.

That's good because that light can help to get you noticed in the daytime as well (high beam). I see other bikers with similar lights (around 5k light range) far away coming down the road. I love my Cyclops for that.

Beautiful! Love seeing all of these pics from across the US and the world! Makes me wish I lived in the Mainland. I need to plan a few "sight seeing" rides to get some pics going in my thread.

It was a good ride, my longest thus far at one time. 300mi round trip, I've found that the seat leaves a lot to be desired.
