texastj
I won't call it a build thread because it'll probably just be bolt ons that I add to it. I have a Jeep that takes all of my money, this will just be another toy. I got my M endorsement when I was 16 after taking a MSF. It wasn't until after I completed the course that I realized that I wouldn't be able to afford insurance on my (at the time) dream bike, the ZX6R. So several years went by and I just built up the Jeep, until recently. July 21st, 2016 I brought home my first bike. The Jeep This is Stella, day one: First mod was a radiator guard by captainbettie (eBay) Shortly after I installed LED turn signals and fender eliminator from creese1 on eBay and a Custom LED Blaster X tail light. 600mi oil change and chain lube done on 10/07/16 and I found some used Pitbull stands on CL for $100. Next mod was the CRG Arrow bar end mirrors with Rhinomoto bar end adapters and aluminum M10 threaded caps to plug the OE mirror holes (eBay alchemyparts001) Front LED turn signals from creese1

texastj
Ordered up a Cyclops LED headlight. The light output is much better with the Cyclops, I love it. Stock low beam Cyclops low beam Stock high beam Cyclops high beam
Beemer
Welcome and congrats! The cyclops is nice. Did you raise the beam after you took those picks? It looks too low. Beemer
texastj
Welcome and congrats! The cyclops is nice. Did you raise the beam after you took those picks? It looks too low. Thanks! The housing on my light was damaged, so it was a bit low. Cyclops promptly sent me a new setup, no questions asked. I haven't replaced it yet, but that's mainly because I don't really ride at night. I'll probably do that today or tomorrow.

I see other bikers with similar lights (around 5k light range) far away coming down the road. I love my Cyclops for that. Beemer

Zephyr
Beautiful! Love seeing all of these pics from across the US and the world! Makes me wish I lived in the Mainland. I need to plan a few "sight seeing" rides to get some pics going in my thread.
texastj
It was a good ride, my longest thus far at one time. 300mi round trip, I've found that the seat leaves a lot to be desired.
