Ebay brake and clutch replacement

I did change over the oem brake and clutch to ebay ones.
 
I was watching a tutorial on YouTube and the guy said to use the old bushing from clutch into the new one.
 
When I tried to insert the bushing in new clutch it won't fit.
 
Looks like the new clutch already has its own bushing.
 
Did you guys use old bushing in new clutch.
 
Also I can see the the new clutch has more wire exposed. I mean when I release the clutch it doesn't go all the way in. A little wire is exposed.
 
Is this normal.
