Here is my custom retro-fit 6" light bar. 6 OSRAM LED's combined produce 3800 Lumens, and another 3800 lumens with cyclops new LED H4 "bulb". Bringing me to a grand total of 7600 lumens. Whats cool about this is the headlight gives you the distance, and the lightbar fills in gaps. The brackets are 100% custom. Computer routed out of 1/8" aluminum, I then wet sanded the brackets for a brushed look, and then had them clear coated for protection. The bar is made by Black Oak LED, and quality is top notch. The two outer led are flood type, and the four inners are spot beam type. the bracket for the switch was cut out of 1/8" aluminum angle and then cut and sculpted to flow around the toggle switch. I'm very happy with the results. I don't find the front of our bikes very appealing, so by adding this frankenstein light, I think it is a welcomed addition. You would not believe the looks I'm getting from other people on the road. It's a satisfying feeling. I'll try to get some night shots once it warms up again. First time posting, long time creeper on this site. :) thanks!

 Nice work! I especially like the smooth arching button mount. I envy all the metal fab happening on this site. Some very professional looking parts being made.

Crush your enemies. See them driven before you. Hear the lamentations of their women.          Fuss Life.

Just an idea;

Make a few setups to sell to us who would like to do something of the same ;)

Looks great. This is pretty much exactly what I have been wanting to do but dont have the talent.

Sweet mounts. I'm sure if you sold them, others would find a use for them. This setup would work good for lighting up the front of the tire

Looks great, no doubt it gets attention so +10 but I'm curious, how many amps does it draw and how much $$$?

Wattage varies slightly but I just saw one listed at 36W. 12 Volts gives us 3 amps.
