Premium Member jake Posted March 4, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted March 4, 2016 So I want to buy a good pair of comfortable boots with good protection and Gore-Tex and I'm ok with spending the cash because I want them to last. This is what I've come up with. I'm a 12 wide so please let me know if you know of a better boot that you have had experience with.I'm taking a 10 day trip to WV to hit the curves and these things have to do it all.http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/dainese-st-trq-tour-goretexhttp://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/sidi-adventure-gore-tex-boots 2015 FZ-07 2003 2014 GSXR 1000
Premium Member i28 Posted March 4, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted March 4, 2016 I just ordered the Sidi Vertigo Mega specifically because it's the wide version of the Vertigos with some added bonuses.
Premium Member motomeek Posted March 4, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted March 4, 2016 Haha, you've definitely picked two different looking boots. I think either boot will last and will work for you trip. What kind of trip are you going on? What kind of terrain? Is it going to be mostly highway? Is weather something to think about? Beemer
As far as looks alone, I like the Sidi's better. They're not as sleek but they're definitely more rugged, bad-ass looking. Beemer
