His name is Santiago Valdez and is a great guy. He swapped my tires while I waited ( maybe 25 min) and did a great job. He has a professional tire machine and makes easy quick work of it. He also does a static balance. He charges 30 bucks a tire off the bike but I negotiated 50 for the front and rear. Way easier than doing it myself.
