Guest JerzieFREQ
Does anyone have the 90 Degree Valve stems? Its an absolute pain in the ass trying to check air and fill it. I'm thinking about buying these. Also to install it would require me to unseat the tire and get it form the inside right? http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/bike-master-90-degree-valve-stems
Premium Member GAZ Posted August 4, 2015 Premium Member Share Posted August 4, 2015 These are a great investment. It depends on which ones you get. The ones listed here require you to take off the tire. Some you can add to your existing valve. I would recommend the ones you posted as its more of a flush look. I'll be changing mine out with a new set of tires.

Premium Member rowdy Posted August 5, 2015 Premium Member Share Posted August 5, 2015 I use a bicycle pump and no need for 90 degree valve stem. I used to need them on a bike with closer spacing, but... If you use adapters, the centrifugal force exerted on them while riding can eventually crack and break the valve stems, so don't leave them on. I would screw them on to inflate, then take them off. The kind that require tire re-installation are probably ok, but will definitely need a rebalance and add weight. Why can't left turners see us? Guest JerzieFREQ
Actually I just found this and ordered it. I was worried about the rebalancing and centrifugal forces. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FIAVKG?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00
thomascrown
Yeap, had them a while now. Technically, these are superior in dealing with forces than the rubber valve stems. Look at the back tire:
