charlie636
Assembled my m4 slip on but the brass o2 fitting adaptor will not take the o2 sensor on the bike. Its like the adaptor is to small for the thread?? So now I have my exhaust all on ready to go and can't get that damn sensor in...
Premium Member grahamfz07 Posted July 8, 2015 Premium Member Share Posted July 8, 2015 Sorry maybe a dumb suggestion but not familair with the m4, can you leave off the brass reducer and thread the O2 directly into the thread in the pipe?

charlie636
The exhaust comes with a brass fitting that goes into the exhaust and then the o2 sensor goes into the fitting but it's not right size thread. I guess I'll have to contact m4.
charlie636
Update. M4 sent me a 10mm brass o2 adaptor. Suppose to be a 12mm. They sent me a replacement. I used a tap set and made the 10mm into a 12. So that my bike is useable. This exhaust sounds wild. Have not heard anything like it.
Cruizin
My M/4 is loud as hell. I rev instead of honk when a car pisses me off. Yamaha MT-10 ForumYamaha Tracer 900 Forum Yamaha Ténéré 700 Forum
