Yamaha has quite a presence in France and I imagine the MT-07 is very popular there. Lot's of stuff available there too.

i really like it in white, gives some white color in the back.
 
can we assume all mt07  fz07 is the same the back is same right?, this will fit nice?

From everything I've read the MT-07 and FZ-07 are pretty much identical bikes. Some differences in color options and abs vs. non-abs but other than that the same.

I think you are right montana. The basic bones are the same, the details and options are different, depending on market. As far as I can tell it is mostly related to the electronics and wiring. So dash (mph/km/h) indicators, keys, stuff like that.
