Rubber knob/seal near front of fairing

For anyone that has taken their plastics off, is there some easy way to get the rubber seal in the hole near the front so the fairing sits flush? I can't seem to get it in all the way. Pic below.

Lol you can take out the rubber and put it in the hole first before putting the fairing on.. It's been a long day.

Those are called grommets. Silicone spray or a thin coat of silicone grease in the hole of the grommet and on the post of the trim will make that a non-issue in the future.
