fromthecage Posted January 15, 2015 Share Posted January 15, 2015 I can't speak from experience, but baffle removal (from videos on youtube) seems to raise the sound level quite a bit. I would assume that removing the baffle would also recommend a tune as you're reducing the backpressure. From what I've seen/heard a bolt-on system with the baffle installed is fine without a tune, but after removing the baffle you would really benefit from a tune. The sound increase and quality with it removed is night and day. Once I heard this exhaust with it removed, I wouldn't even consider putting it back in. qjohnson Posted January 16, 2015 Share Posted January 16, 2015 It's like 20x louder with the baffle out but totally sounds wayyyyy better! with it out you will need a fuel controller tho.
