Passenger seat bag recommendations

Recommended Posts

TeleToby

Hola! I am looking to take my first big adventure on my MT this summer, and Im not super fond of the idea of having a bunch of luggage on my back for a thousand kilometers. So I have been looking at bags that strap to the passenger seat, since they seem like the most cost effective option.
So recommendations are welcome, I primarily want something affordable, doesnt need to be fancy at all, just space for camping essentials, 50L ish i think would be a good size.

What are your experiences?

FZ not MT

The Kreiga packs are great - waterproof and you can connect several together to get the storage you are looking for. I use a US-30.... here's a link to that pack and some pics of it on my bike. They are not cheap though.

Haha yes, I am actually considering getting some sturdy straps and just using a bag I already have.

Here are Kriega knock offs.  I don't have these (I do have a 5L Kriega), but they're so cheap it's tempting to try one out.

From the pictures, it looks like there are no keepers for the excess strap length, so you might want to cut off the excess and melt the ends, or try some of these:
