What am I going to do about the overflow pipes that come from the gas tank?

As seen above ^^ hanging outside the bellypan by the stator cover.

Any thoughts or ideas appreciated.

Dave.

What overflow pipes? As the answer to what I did with mine. No adverse effects noted, even through two gentle low-sides with no leakage. Doesn't seem to be a tech item, at least with WERA.

Can you tuck them between the engine and the swingarm, dirt bike style?

That's what I did. @shinyribs  Nobody even said a word about it.

Thanks.

I've gone through multiple track day "tech inspections" (Evolve GT, PRE, and N2)  and WERA tech inspections with no hoses on my fuel tank overflow"pipes" and no one has expressed concern. The only concern I'd have with sticking the hoses between the motor and swingarm, is that any spillage could end up on/under the rear tire if it escapes from your lower. I guess though that that isn't any worse than no hoses, where the fuel would go down my leg and/or all over the side of the motor and into the lower.

I had this same question not to long ago….what I found out was for club racing they can be deleted. MotoAmerica wants them run to the belly pan
