Auxilliary lights

Hi, could someone help me figure this out. I like the look of theese lights but cant figure out how they have mounted it.

Does the clamp go around the fork?

They appear to mount with brackets that may or may not be optional?

 

It's not very clear for sure. Optionally they can be mounted to engine guards or any tube of 23-25mm so perhaps they could be mounted optionally to the bars?

They 'say' they mount to the Puig engine guards or similar engine guards, but they also show a mounting bracket for the handlebars for an additional charge, as well as a light guard for another additional charge.

I’ve seen the factory ones on the mt-09 they look bad ass! I honestly would love to have those on mine with the mt-09 headlight setup. Way too costly than it’s worth.
