Need Help Finding Replacement Parts For Steering Assembly

Had  a bad crash the other night and luckily both me and bike made it out in not too bad of shape, the handlebar has broken off the front fork and I'd like to replace the parts and fix it myself however I'm not sure exactly what parts I should be ordering, I'm trying to use yamahapartshouse.com however some of the schematics for the steering assembly are a little cluttered and this being my first bike and not necessarily being the most mechanically inclined person in the world I'm not sure what I'm looking at or what parts I should be looking to order. Any guidance or advice would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, it looks as though Yamaha sucks and doesn't sell those inserts separately based on their parts catalogue. You can either have someone make some for you or you can try to purchase the inserts they use on dirt bike triple clamps as long as you get the correct size. The ones you could go for are either the hard/solid mount or the urethane based flex ones. Just have to get the dimensions. Here is a post of someone trying to give me those dimensions of ones they custom made.

As for the clamp(s) itself, those bolts might be bent and would require an entirely new piece which is part #: 1WS-23442-00-P0, but that is a lot of money for junky clamps in my opinion. You could do what I did and get better aftermarket bar clamps for < $50 and figure out a different way to mount the dash.

From the pictures and your description it  sounds like you need bar risers ( one side seems like the stud is bent) but the rubber isolation inserts have pulled out of the too yoke.

Partzilla has the top yoke in stock. At $153 that's pretty affordable. If you're not mechanically included, changing out those inserts will be super frustrating for you. They're annoying in general and likely impossible for a home mechanic in general. I'd be tempted to swap out the whole piece. It's #4 in the list, they call it a crown.

#7 for the bar risers is also in stock.

Good luck, and sorry about the hand! Hope you didn't get hurt too bad.

Thanks alot for the replies guys, yeah I think I might just take it to a local shop just out of simplicity and the fact I need it fixed fast as well since without any steering input I cant put the bike indoors (have a ramp it has to go up) and so right now its at the mercy of all weather conditions. Bums me out because the rest of the fixes is stuff I'll easily do myself, switching out the handlebars, right grip, clutch and brake levers, and a couple plastic cosmetic pieces that got damaged this was the only major mechanical failure. It is what is though couldve been alot worse glad she's still running thanks again.

I don't have any experience with yamahapartshouse.com, but you might compare the prices and availability with partzilla.com.

I have used yamahapartshouse.com a few times and they have delivered the parts quickly.  I would recommend them.
