Akra Ti too near the tyre?

Hello guys.

So i have a MT07 and installed it a EURO4 Akrapovic Titanium some days ago.

Thing is, the muffler is too near the rear tyre, ive seen some other 07's and its not that near as mine.
Ive tried to take everything out and bolt again but i cant get that space to reduce.
That space gets bigger if someone sits, or the bike gets on her own weight, i guess it wouldnt touch the tyre while riding.
But i dont know if ill have issues running like this.

Did anyone have a similar problem?

It is hard to tell from the pics...how big is that gap? And it that on the side stand or is the rear tire fully drooped down?

The first image with the smaller gap is on the side stand, the second one with someone holding the bike on its own weight (without anyone sitting on it)

I cant fit my pinky finger between the kick stand gap

I'm running a 180/60 rear, and a Nitron shock at max length. The tire is closer than that, and I have no scuffs on the pipe after a season's use. You're all good

Yea, you have a different exhaust.
But i guess its normal to have this small gap

I have the same exhaust as you and just measured the gap, just under a 1/2 inch (bike parked of side stand).  No problems after thousands of miles.
