Grab handles

I'm considering installing passenger grab handles with the main purpose of being able to quickly secure random objects with something like an elastic net. Is that a good idea or are there more low key options?

It sounds like a good idea to me.  I made a couple rails so I could put a tail bag on the passenger seat and it works well.  I'd like to see what you come up with.
