maskedpope561 Posted August 2, 2021 Share Posted August 2, 2021 Good afternoon ladies and gentleman, I am new to this forum so I do apologize if this question has been already answered. I recently bought a used 2018 MT07 and decided to change the filter from stock to a Spring filter. When removing the filter, I noticed the previous owner removed the snorkel. The new spring filter also did not come with a top to go over to keep it in place, it just sits in there. Will there be an issues running the new filter without a snorkel and without anything over the top? I also should be receiving my ECU today from 2WdW. Thanks for any input! Nealsmo Posted August 3, 2021 Share Posted August 3, 2021 I'm not familiar with Sprint, but stock/DNA/K&N all require a top to be fitted with filter. Maybe it's all one piece?
