Prodj49 Posted June 12, 2021 Share Posted June 12, 2021 Today I installed a PUIG windscreen on my 2018 MT07. While riding I noticed a vibration noise coming from the windscreen area. I checked all of the bolts on the windscreen and they all were tight. I did notice movement (front and back) in the headlight assembly that the windscreen is mounted to. The problem seems to be with the 2 bolts (1 per side) that hold the assembly in place. Even though those bolts are tight there is still play in the rubber bushing. Has anyone else had this problem? mcbrien Posted June 12, 2021 Share Posted June 12, 2021 I shimmed mine (2017) to remove play later to find out this was intentional by Yamaha. I noticed some move more than others. I left shims in with no issues. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
