I would be so tempted to put old boneyard stock sprockets and chain on that bike, align the sprockets, mark some fresh reference points on the swingarm. The slop in the swing arm was already there and I had the washer, so what the heck. Wonder if there are a few 520 conversions out there with sprockets misaligned!?? I doubt it. Just make sure the writing is on the outside of the sprocket and you "should" be good.
