I've raced with the PCMRC (Pacific Coast Mini Racing Club) for far too long. For the past few seasons one of our racers spouse offered Yoga for all interested, prior to the riders meeting. Having raced for decades without this type of pre-race organized stretching (just my typical 5 minutes spent on "my" issues with groin and shoulders stretch), I was really surprised how this 30 minutes increased my enjoyment of the day overall, and how much improved my post-race fatigue became.
stretching is so underrated, the benefits of stretching can be beneficial for all aspects of life and will most definitely increase your physical abilities!
