ATL Steve
I've put upgraded turn signals on several bikes before. I'm good with soldering and shrink wrap, etc. Fronts went on no issues except I had to fabricate an adapter plate where the huge stalks were before. Rears have been a constant issue. Power for running lights died immediately. turn sig power comes and goes. Of course I've checked and rechecked the fuses. anyone else having these issues? Premium Member noodles Posted August 23, 2019 Premium Member Share Posted August 23, 2019 I'd start by rechecking your soldering. Did you cut the OEM modular plug and hardwire, cut the original plug and solder to that, or did it come prewired? Do you have any photos? Not much to go on but it sounds like the circuit is being broken intermittently by a bad connection somewhere. his face seems pulled and tenselike he's riding on a motorbike in the strongest winds
Global Moderator mjh937 Posted August 23, 2019 Global Moderator Share Posted August 23, 2019 The rear turn signals do not have DRL, that is only on the front signals. As noodles says it sounds like a bad connection somewhere. Edit: I noticed you have a 2019, I only know for sure there is no rear DRL on the FZ models. Maybe they added it to the MT?
