Ummm Noooo, I'm pretty sure that proves you're completely crazy. 😁

Hah it's not so bad at all, if you have sufficient heated gear.  I ride to work, and get to work warmer than the people who drove.  I'm endlessly impressed at the electrical system on my MT07, as I'm probably drawing an insane amount of power between heated grips, jacket, and helmet.

I've had my bike up north In Flagstaff in 10°F weather

Turned the key on, let it sit for about 10 mins

Tried to crank and it was slow let it sit for a min tried again

Fired right up

I've gotta agree with this, though I've done it too

Good to hear.  It's a daily thing for me, though; my bike is my only transportation.  It *needs* to start every day.  I'm fine with a 10 minute "pre-heat" though, if that does the job.  I'd just dart outside and turn the bike on before putting on all my gear.  That's about 10 minutes anyways 😃

I draw the line at -10C and only ride at that temp if there's no other option.

If you have heated grips

I would imagine those would wake up the battery nicely too

ATGATT... ATTATT, two acronyms I live by.
