My bike is over 10,000 miles. Should the clutch cable be replaced?

The clutch cable should be fine as long as it's been maintained properly.

But If you have any reason to be dissatisfied with it go ahead and replace it. It's only a $20 part.

Usually there is a sign of trouble before it snaps.  If you keep it lubed occasionally, and it pulls smoothly, then don't worry.  If the cable stretches at some point and there is too much free play in the clutch, then it might be time to replace.
