I designed this phone mount to hold an iPhone 8 underneath a Puig windscreen.

There isn't much clearance, so it's a two-part design. You slide the phone into the mount, then slide mount onto motorcycle. It takes about 5 seconds to attach/detach the phone.

It fits in very firmly. I've used it for about 3,000 miles and I haven't had any issues.

Additionally, my phone stays shaded, which is great for the hot Texas summer.

Interesting design, what keeps it from jumping off the mounting arms on a bad bump?

It's just a tight tolerance, so it stays in place with friction.

I've hit some decent potholes and train tracks and haven't had issues with it jumping out.
