We'll see. I did feel pretty good on Sunday, when track conditions were better. Still have some development to go with the electronics as far as traction control and launch control since we never used it, and I also have a new set of velocity stacks to try, in addition to changing tires from Pirelli to Dunlop. When I get some downtime with the bike, I also need to fashion a steering damper mount, as there were some areas at Chuckwalla it could have helped with the crazy wind @mossrider do you have any data from when you went to Chuck? Lap times or gearing?

Some say directing the damped forces closer to the center of mass is more effective and stable than the traditional setups. Take a look at the latest wsbk and gp bikes, many mount the dampers like pictured. Just something to think about. You will need a longer stroked damper, but that is not an issue unless you have one already. Craig Mapstone Upstate New York

I'll definitely take a look, but the packaging is pretty tight in that area

Forgive me, but I took this thread as an introduction to your bike (which looks awesome btw). But usually when a forum member introduces their build or newly finished project, they start their own original thread for it, not place it in someone else build thread Looks awesome though and love the classic look! - Paul
