All I can say is it can truly be frustrating and trigger road rage when people putt-putt along in the passing lane blocking you when you either have somewhere you need to be or would simply like to do the speed limit. Is the left lane considered the passing lane there? In most places it is, at least on interstate highways. Florida has it's own set of rules for slow pokes, I just wish the sheriff's and state boys would enforce them more. Maybe then people would actually give a squirt about the laws and heed them. I feel the same way about slow pokes but I'm not convinced that lane splitting 'at speed' is as safe to do as passing normally where you have more room to either side to react to something unexpected or not.
