vcyclenut
changed my oil today, wow was that easy, besides my oil drain plug put on by someone named Magilla Gorilla easies oil change ever! I changed the oil after 23 miles, I believe the most oil and metal contamination is going to happen in the first couple miles so I like to get it out of there I had my shorai battery from my fz09 and happily it fit the 7. Over a 4 lb savings compared to the stock battery, pretty crazy have some more parts coming
Spanglo
Nice. Suggest getting a magnetic drain plug next oil change. Battery was one of the first mods I did too. 24 oz 8 cell Antigravity battery. What other mods are coming?

Zephyr
I love this... "Just an easy oil change and a battery swap for some "crazy" weight savings." "Oh nice, What's next?" "Rearsets and full tinker mode on the intake!" "Uhh... Ok, was thinking you might say like a fender delete or something, but that's super neato as well." @vcyclenut Just a great twist to the typical mod responses. Gave me a smile this morning! As always posting your discoveries is encouraged.
Spanglo
Nice. I can recommend the horde intake + tune. Noticeable power increase, the front end definitely stays in the air longer thru the first 3 gears.
Cruizin
Depending on your weight and riding level, I also suggest looking into suspension upgrades. Yamaha really skimped on this suspension to get the price down. A properly tuned suspension, with proper sag set, will make you faster and more confidant than any other upgrade. Unless you live in Florida and only ride on straight roads. 1 Yamaha MT-10 ForumYamaha Tracer 900 Forum Yamaha Ténéré 700 Forum
scat2me
Hey, I live in Florida and we do have curved roads there are at least 3 that I know of. As well as numerous circular driveways and Cul de sacs 1
