Cruizin
Knipex makes the best damn pliers in the world. They grip and ratchet, you can use them on painted and chrome and they wont scratch or mar up the parts. The below pliers should be everyones tool box. https://www.amazon.com/Knipex-8603250-10-Inch-Pliers-Wrench/dp/B000X4OG94 2 Yamaha MT-10 ForumYamaha Tracer 900 Forum Yamaha Ténéré 700 Forum
7fold
They were also a life-saver for my AR builds - gas tube pin, trigger guard pin and forward assist pins went in with no problem due to the way the jaws are shaped (they come together flat). They really are awesome. Edited April 3, 2019 by 7fold
Cruizin
I bought this kit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005EXNT2Y/ref=psdc_553324_t3_B000X4OG94 And carry the size 7 in my tool bag on the road. Saved my butt more than a few times. Yamaha MT-10 ForumYamaha Tracer 900 Forum Yamaha Ténéré 700 Forum

They're so easy to adjust and use. The plier wrenches act like almost ratcheting Crescent wrench. No more fumbling with the thumb screw trying to find that happy medium of tight enough to not slip the corner but loose enough that you can reposition it for the next crank. They're tools that I don't think I'll ever cuss at. Channellock makes a similar version of pliers that are more economical but they're not quite up to the standard of the Knipex Cobra pliers as shown in this comparison video: 2 DewMan Just shut up and ride. Zephyr
Funny story. Never heard of Knipex, until one day out on a motorcycle ride I came upon a junction where I was making a left turn. I was in foggy conditions, but noticed something in the middle of the turn lane. Made the turn and pulled over to remove the object so that other potential riders wouldn't accidentally hit the object. Turns out it was a pair of Knipex cobra pliers. Best pair of pliers I own. The plier wrenches are on my "wishlist" - perhaps the wife will get them for me at Christmas.
