Sourcing OEM parts from Europe and Australia

This might be a dumb question, so I apologize...

Has anyone  been successful  sourcing  FZ-07 OEM Yamaha parts from other countries, specifically from Europe or Australia? 

I assume the 2014-2017 MT-07 body panels would fit our US  models?  If so, I would like to  source the 2016 OEM Extreme Yellow body panels. I know the color code is 0251, but  no luck in finding a good source.  Can anyone point me to  where I can find the part #'s and such?
