Vex Posted January 15, 2019 Share Posted January 15, 2019 Well I made a post looking for a used exhaust but it does not seem to be panning out. I may end up buying new and if that's the case I dont mind spending a couple extra bucks for desired performance. Yoshimura, Akropovic, and Graves are my 3 options atm. All 3 of these are within 300 of each other. Which one adds the most performance and why? I'd be tuning with all 3. And I'd prefer top end performance. From what I've read all 3 sound good, I can be mistaken. Also, is two brothers an option? I feel as if it may be too loud but I've heard good things about two brothers as well. For the price of an Akra-Ti and a tune ... I ended up buying the yoshi performance package from 2wdw best price w the tune saved a couple hundred bucks. Excited for it to get home I miss my bike alrdy lol. Took me a grand total of like 5 minutes to get the ECU out I'm sure filter is just as easy. I called 2wdw and he told me to wait on the air box and see how I like it with the yoshi and tune, and if I felt like I needed a box later they would retune for close to nothin Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I personally went with Hordpower PCV tune as I already had the PCV w/autotuner installed for my old exhaust... The reason I went with Hordpower tune is because he's spent months fine tuning (Dyno and daily riding) vs making a tune after only after a few runs on the Dyno... I'm not knocking 2wdw, they have tuned both of my bikes... I still gotta get around to welding another o2 sensor bung on the Yoshi to run the autotuner and see if it needs any adjustments... Would it be pointless to get one if I already spent the cash on 2wdw? I dont mind spending an extra couple bucks, I saw some tuners on the 2wdw site I almost bought one but didnt know what package to get TBH Its not needed if you have a flashed ECU- the autotuner was on the market a few yrs prior to the FTecu Active tune which is better/less hassle and corrects it on the fly vs manually accepting trims after a run...
