Another big recall for Harley

Recommended Posts

Harley-Davidson is recalling a staggering 238,300 motorcycles worldwide to fix a clutch problem. The clutch is experiencing internal leaking, so the rider would have no way to know. The issue has already caused 5 known accidents, I guess the issue caused the bike to stay stuck in gear.

Affected bikes so far

They just had a huge brake recall, now a clutch recall.  I wonder what will be next?

I forgot they were having engine issues.  Something with the oil going places it was not supposed to if I remember correctly.  Indian must be selling some bikes to ex-Harley riders.

I'm assuming the clutch failure is a hydraulic slave cylinder failing?

Edit: Yep, sure is. Wonder who produced these slaves?

Anyone still hate cables?

I recal that HD had many recals but the problem was all the parts were strwen across America's road ways, so the DOT in each state recalled the recall until they could get enough street sweepers to get all the parts

First off a white man cannot use the word slaves.

Second these non-indigenous volunteer binary parts are from India, or china, or from GM;)
