Hi all have owned my 2017 MT07 for about 8 months absolutely love it especially in the twisties just a few tasteful mods completed evotech tail tidy akro exhaust cnc levers r&g radiator gard and a cheap Chinese windscreen i put a 3m graphite wrap on the windscreen  not sure about how it looks on the bike. Yamaha really hit the nail on the head with this bike it reminds me of my old motocross bike in some ways anyway ride safe everyone...

Never anyone from Perth haha. Welcome to forum mate, this place is great and full of helpful people

Hows that windscreen you have on it? Ive seen them on ebay and have thought about it a bit but i do mainly freeway riding these days so have a feeling it'll be about as useful as a chocolate teapot

Went on a local Bundy Bikers ride to 1770 on the MT. Haven't seen another since I bought my ( now de laminated) 07 in 2015. Got to the ocean overlook at 1770 and there were 2 others. Talk about overload. Never seen so many 07's in one place...

I am not alone...

6!!!!!!! That a murder ( or whatever pass for the collective noun for a group of 07's).

A pack, a full  of MT's (say it it makes more sense), a collective, a band, a parliament ( I just like owls), a herd ( don't think so) or a tambourine in honour of the first seen flock.

Hmmm ...a tambourine of 07's. I like it.

There is a big MT meet at a cafe planned on the Putty road. I would like to go but suspect a gaggle of police on the old putty road will make it a boring ride.

Yes the police just love a group of bikes and no one needs them looking to closely at those mods..

It's quite possible it's just for looks but there is some thing to be said for chocolate teapots, they make great conversation pieces, melted or not. 😉

Takes one dark chochlate teapot. Add about a cm of Frangellico ....hmmmmm  useful! On the other hand I might not be quite so useful after consuming it...

I have a mould for a Cagiva Raptor air divider and similar that I developed for touring but extending below for increased height one ( see photo). Works completely well up to silly speeds In a mostly upright position. So it can be done. Maybe you have to be Miguel Galluzzi to be able to do it. The original Raptor "fairing" , really an air divider , in the original position on a Cagiva , would take most of the wind load off you up to 120kph.  Serious physics tricks. The man knew his aitflow.

This is what the original looked like.

This in my developed one for touring
