Selling a like new Ohlins STX46 Street Rear Shock for Yamaha FZ-07 / MT-07 / XSR700 models. I purchased this brand new from Revzilla for $600 and installed on my 2019 Yamaha MT-07. I rode it for less than 100 miles before my wife took over this motorcycle. The shock is overkill for her style of riding, so listing it for sale. Like new condition, no issues - cosmetic or mechanical. Asking $400. *SOLD* Please email cpwake @ gmail.com if interested.
I got my new suspension components this week. I got my Ohlins Fork Catridges from STG and my K-Tech Razor-R shock from JD at Hordpower. I have an AP Moto link to install also. After 2 track seasons I cant wait to feel the difference. I have to admit, the stock suspension worked well for me at my weight, 180 lbs. Saving up for my tune, pipe and airbox from Hord. Ed
Hi, I've been riding for a year and a half and the shocks needs an upgrade cos we know why. I spent time reading and watching countless 'how to do your sag' videos but i just cant get my head proper on it, sorry im just learning (slow at it). Im 163lbs with gears, i ride to work everyday, getting an Ohlins STX46 Rear Shock and and here's my question : 1. Why do we need to put our weight (with gears) on a website prior purchasing a shock? What mods are they going to set on the shock? the spring to match my weight? 2. Say i found my rider sag number, what am i going to do with that? (cos everybody explaining how to do it but not what to do about it?
