    Wheel Stand

Hi guys, thanks for the input. I just ordered them on Amazon. Based on your comments, I think they will be a good starting point and if I need better later, we will see. Thanks again.
  2. Hi guys, I have a 2017 FZ-07 ABS. I am searching for wheel stands (front and rear) to store it for the winter. I found the Venom Sport Bike ones on Amazon for about $70 but in the reviews, some say it works, other it doesn't. Does anybody has these stands? Comments? Reviews? Any other options to have the wheels of my little one up for an extended period? Many thanks in advance https://www.amazon.com/Venom-Motorcycle-Swingarm-Paddock-Kawasaki/dp/B0036QZ8VQ/ref=pd_day0_263_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=XM44VK6B6DDM606YAV6F
  3. Ah ah ah yes I am one of those weirdos who take pictures in front of fully involved fires......but only when it's a practice burn.
  4. I'll try it and see how it works. Thanks
  5. Hi mjh937, So, just to make sure I understand correctly. To have a difference between the P and P-Light, I need to have the hazards switch turn on, correct? On P, the hazards won't work even the switch is on but on P-Light they will, but only if the hazard switch is on, correct? Thanks for your answer and thanks for the bike, it's an amazing machine.
  6. Hi guys, I have a newbie question. I got my brand new FZ-07 last Friday and there is something that doesn't seem right but I want your help to be sure before I ask the dealer to look into it. When you turn the ignition key after you rode the bike, you have a "0" position (to actually kill the ignition), then the "P" position (to lock the steering) and finally the "P-Light" position that is suppose to lock the steering but also lit up some kind of parking lights, right? So, my question is.....which lights are suppose to be turned on when you put the ignition on the "P-Light" position? It doesn't seem to me like anything is turned on, on mine, when I do that but maybe I'm not looking at the right lights. Thanks in advance for your help.

    New FZ-07

Hi guys, Some days ago, I posted for the first time here asking if the FZ was ok as a first bike. Thanks for the answers. After thinking about it, yesterday, I went to the dealer and came back with.....my new 2017 FZ-07 ABS. I only made 32 miles with it on a twisty road to ride it back home and I was very cautious with the throttle and my speed in the turns but I was extremely surprised by how easy she was. Thanks again for your answers

    Hi everybody

Hi i2837856393 (What is that for a name? ??) it's really nice to see that I'm not the only one trying and that it actually works to start with an FZ. I'll definitely follow your advice and go practice as soon as the beauty will be at the station. Thanks a lot for your answer.

    Hi everybody

Hi mrpuss, I am 6'0 and about 210lbs (I know, I need to loose weight). Is that too much (in height and weight)? I usually don't go crazy on things I don't really know/master and always try to increase little by little my knowledge and skills. It's comforting to see that I'm not the only trying to start with the FZ-07. Many thanks for your answer.

    Hi everybody

Hi guys, I just joined the forum today and to be honest with you, I don't own a FZ-07 yet. I am Belgian and lives in the USA. I moved here 2.5 yrs ago. I passed my BRT (Basic Rider Training) and got my license 2 yrs ago but I haven't ridden a lot since. I was riding my wife's 250 Rebel for awhile and a friend gave me the opportunity to ride his R6 for an afternoon but that's about it. I now consider buying a 2017 FZ-07 ABS but I am a bit scared at the same time as being excited. I read a lot online and watched lots of reviews on YouTube and according to all these, the FZ-07 should be ok for a beginner as a first bike and I found only one review saying it was maybe a bit too big but what's your opinion on it? Thanks in advance
