You might have better luck ordering from Italy (carpimoto, et. al.) or Japan (japan.webike.net) or possibly Thailand (http://www.gt-rider.com/se-asia-motorcycling/) or Taiwan even. My brother just moved his family over there a couple weeks ago so he might be amenable to combining packages and making a single shipment if it just so happens people have stuff to order.
